Return and Refund Policy

At Velvet Oud, customer satisfaction is important to us. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and returned in its original condition and packaging.
• A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
• Opened or used perfumes and fragrance products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Final-sale items, gift cards, and complimentary samples are non-returnable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@velvetoudstore.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and its packaging. After reviewing your request, we will arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, contact us at info@velvetoudstore.com with your order number and reason for the return. Please do not send any product back before receiving our approval and return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item because of a change of mind or an ordering mistake. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Velvet Oud will cover the applicable return or replacement costs.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider might require additional time to process and display the refund.

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel an order before it has been shipped. After shipment, the order will be subject to this Return and Refund Policy.
